Our Story
Our story began with a simple ambition: to create spaces that offer more than a place to live — homes with beauty, character and a sense of calm. Inspired by the landscapes of Gilan, our work has grown from early local projects to Moroccan-inspired villas, contemporary coastal homes in Anzali and nature-connected residences in Khomam. Today, Construct Pro MilaNik brings architectural design, transparent construction management and careful execution together, combining modern technology with the identity of each home and its surroundings.
Design, Management & Construction
We approach each project through three connected disciplines: transparent, step-by-step construction management; distinctive interior and exterior architectural design; and careful execution through completion and handover.
Our work includes villa construction, renovation, modernisation and demolition, as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), residential developments and bespoke design. We coordinate contracts, costs, materials, supervision and site work with clear communication throughout the project.

MilaNik homes are shaped by thoughtful details: expressive arches, hand-painted tiles, rooftop gardens, courtyards with mature trees and smart-home technology that makes everyday living more comfortable. We bring light, texture, colour and the surrounding landscape into the design, creating homes with their own personality and a close connection to the people who live in them.

Eng. Fariborz Poorshafie
Founder | Executive Manager & Senior Site SupervisorWith more than a decade of experience in construction management and site supervision, Eng. Poorshafie leads the practical delivery of MilaNik projects. His experience includes board roles at three construction companies, land improvement and renewal projects across Sowme Sara, Rezvanshahr, Rasht and Masal, industrial renovation and demolition, and luxury villas in Gilan. He brings organisation, close attention to detail and a consistent focus on execution quality to each project.
Dr. Alireza Ghaffari
Ph.D. in Construction Management | Senior Engineer, Technology & Project DeliveryDr. Ghaffari brings experience in construction, smart-home systems and technical management to MilaNik. His project background includes the 15-storey Morvarid Tower in Kish, a luxury villa in Kelardasht, the 24-unit Hadish development, the renovation of Mellat Exchange, Atashgah Villa and Sepeh Medical Building. Working alongside Eng. Poorshafie on renovation and luxury villa projects, he combines modern technology with structured technical coordination and attention to execution quality.
